Inkspiration Sketch Challenge #15

This card is for my bestie's daughter for her birthday, and what better sketch to use than her mum's own fabulous Inkspirations! I hope you like it Tiarne :-)

Here is the sketch

And here is my effort. It is a LOT busier than I normally like, but I thought the tropical colours of the Pink Flamingo DSP and the flowers from my Pretties Kit suit Tiarne to a tee. I have coloured one layer of flowers with my pastels and blender pens, and blinged it up with a filigree brad with a yellow 'fire' rhinestone brad in the centre. I have 'finger knit' the silver cord (retired) to give it a bit more thickness, and tied off the celery ribbon to resemble leaves.

I hope she likes it!

Wow - it's really lovely. I love how the direction of the lines in the paper spreads upwards and towards the flower. And finger knitting - what a clever cookie you are!

OH LA LA, such a gorgeous creation! I love all the little extras Lee, like the ribbon poking out from under the flowers and your silver cord! I know Tiarne just loved it, so you are on a winner there! Thanks so much for playing! Love Keesh x
