These gorgeous little treat bags were made for my Stampin' Up! Convention roomates, and were packed full of goodies a girl might need when stranded away from her bathroom vanity, and her craft room!

The bag template is a dimensionally modified version of this
goody bag by Makeesha. I've used retired Designer Series Paper (dsp) from SU, current & retired SU ribbon, and the large scallop circle die (cut 9 times per flower) from SU. How amazing it THAT!
